I'm on a mission to help people feel better so they can RISE to their full potential. When this happens, I truly believe all living things, including this planet will benefit.
From an early age, I felt drawn to international travel, other cultures, environmental & wildlife issues, sustainability, activism and movement. These interests then led me to Australia where I got involved with environmental nonprofit work, participated in my first 200hr yoga teacher training and then moved to Bali for my 300hr advanced training.
All of these experiences were instrumental in solidifying my purpose and passions of global service and helped me find my voice as a leader. Now I’m using that voice and the tools of yoga to help others RISE physically, mentally and emotionally with a long term vision of taking yoga OFF THE MAT with partners that are helping to make this world a better place

Nicole is amazing!!! I’ve attended both her indoor zoom and outdoor classes. I’ve been lucky to take classes from Nicole since summer. I enjoy her classes immensely, she has a calming presence and I always come away feeling mentally and physically better having taken a class. She works with all age groups and is great about providing modified poses based on your ability. I cannot say enough good things about her and her classes. I have never felt as comfortable with yoga as I have with Nicole! Her teaching style is a rarity from what I've seen before. She really takes the time to dive into the deeper side of yoga and it's helped improved my mood and stress levels by being able to let go and truly relax. Every time I take one of her classes, whether it be Vinyasa, Yin, or Yoga Nidra, I always feel so much better then when I started. Her classes have not only been a HUGE benefit to me, but also to those around me as they've noticed an improvement in my moods. She's taught me how to deepen the connection with myself and also how to reconnect with others through yoga. If you need a break from daily life and don't know what to do to relax, take one of Nicole's classes and you'll definitely come out feeling refreshed!
MY LAST PIECE OF ADVICE
I know first hand all the excuses to not prioritize your INTERNAL health and well-being because they were mine prior to starting a consistent yoga practice.
It takes time, discipline and commitment... to yourself (your body, mind and soul), everyone you love and the world around you.
When embarking on this journey, there will be many external things trying to convince you they are more important, they aren't.
You can only search so long externally.
Soon the day will come when you have travelled to all the places, been with all the people, bought the house, got the job and you still feel like there's something missing.
This is when YOUR internal journey begins.
