Nicole is amazing!!! I’ve attended both her indoor zoom and outdoor classes. Her voice will guide you on a transcendent journey; during deep meditation under the stars, my son’s name came to me while he was cooking in my belly, a moment I will never forget. Strongly recommend her special brand of yoga :-)

Get to know - Dr. Collan Koeppen, DC

After years of pain from almost breaking his neck, Dr. Collan met a “non-cracking” chiropractor who precisely analyzed and gave him his first “upper cervical” adjustment. From there, his healing process accelerated, and it was the first time he felt the same freedom in his body, that he had felt at 8 years old prior to the injury. His chronic pain diminished, and his mood, energy, and performance improved.

After this experience, he decided to pursue a career helping others dealing with spinal injury heal as well. He received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College. The adjusting style he practices with patients is similar to the one that transformed his life, but it's even more customized for the individual patient and implements advanced techniques for the entire body called Active Release Techniques® (ART). This technique breaks up scar tissue and loosens tight muscles, which can pull the body out of alignment, so the body will stay in the right place. When the body is aligned; power to the body is turned on, the body moves like it should, fluids can circulate, and the whole system can work better. Your body has the inborn ability to heal itself. The “real doctor” is inside of you. His mission and purpose is to unlock his patients' full potential and help them regain and maintain optimal health and ideal lives.

Collan's Testimonials

Helen S.

I was having problems with my spine and my neck and I couldn't raise my right arm over my head to swim, which is my favorite thing to do. In five treatments, the deep fascia and muscle work with Dr. Koeppen restored correct alignment in my spine, and has helped me to feel stronger so I could swim without again without any restrictions.

Kenzie T.

When I first met Dr. Koeppen, I had never been to a chiropractor before and wasn't sure I even believed it was going to work. I was desperate because I wasn't able to take a deep breathe in after doing some exercises, and after only one adjustment, I could breathe normal again.

Adam B.

I was introduced to Dr. Koeppen through my mom that was seeing him for various issues and seeing improvements. I was having problems with my sternum and he's been able to help it go back into the correct position. I also had a rear deltoid and rotator cuff issue from playing baseball, and he immediately knew the cause of it, and was able to fix it in one session.

Meghan's Testimonials

Jen F.

This class completely changed how I understand sound and healing. Dr. Meghan Hynson wove together global traditions, history, and lived experience in a way that made everything click. I walked away with a deeper appreciation for how sound has been used for meditation and wellness across cultures.

David R.

I loved how this class incorporated cultural insight with practical tools that I can actually use when holding space. Dr. Hynson’s expertise in ethnomusicology opened up a whole new lens on sound, ceremony, and intention. Once completed, I felt I clearly understood how voice, vibration, and sound are used in ritual.

Nic W.

This was not just a class—it was a full-body, full-heart experience. Learning from Dr. Hynson who has studied sound traditions around the world felt so special and rare. The way Meghan blends history, culture, sound, and energy was inspiring. I felt transported, nourished, and connected to something ancient and universal. I would take this class again in a heartbeat.
